Tell us about your company and what makes you unique
[BH] Our team’s commitment to building strong relationships sets us apart. While anyone can sell a piece of equipment, we invest the extra time and effort to understand how each of our partners operates and how they will use it. This dedication ensures we deliver precisely what they need from the start. Seeing our clients’ satisfaction is as rewarding as receiving payment. For decades, our customers have trusted us, acknowledging that while we may not be the cheapest, we consistently exceed their expectations.

How did you get started in the industry?
[BH] I began mixing sound in junior high and never looked back. From there, I pursued it full-time, eventually becoming the technical director at a large church. My journey then took me to Full Compass, followed by a role at Midwest Visual in the corporate world. After Midwest Visual was acquired and closed, I grew weary of the constant changes. That’s when I decided to start my own venture.
What is your favorite part of a project?
[BH] There’s nothing quite like the gratification of firing it up for the first time. Seeing something you’ve been a part of transform from a conversation into execution is incredibly rewarding.
What is the most challenging part of a project?
[BH] Making sure all of the resources we need arrive as closely together. This is crucial for completing projects on time and the coordination helps us stay on schedule and deliver quality results efficiently.
What is your most frequently used tool during the installation process?
[BH] It’s a tough choice between my 10-in-1 screwdriver and my computer—they’re both essential tools for me!
How has your experience been working with lea?
[BH] I was introduced to LEA just as they were launching, and thanks to my prior relationships with some of their leadership team, there was already a foundation of trust. We decided to give them a chance, and since then, we’ve installed hundreds of their amplifiers without looking back. Although issues are rare, the few times we’ve encountered them, their team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Throughout the pandemic, projects continued moving forward, and LEA went above and beyond to ensure we had the products we needed. Additionally, the LEA Cloud is fantastic, allowing us to access our partners’ locations without the need for extra computers or control systems makes our job 10 times easier.
