What’s your current position at LEA?
[AP] Electronics Repair Technician
What is your background, and what brings you to LEA Pro?
[AP] I bring several years of experience in IT and electronics repair, with a strong passion for problem-solving and technology. After discovering LEA at RISE Fest in 2024, I was genuinely impressed to find such an innovative company right here in South Bend. The opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions within a cross-functional team environment immediately stood out to me. LEA feels like a natural fit for both my technical skills and collaborative mindset.
What excited you most about working in audio technology?
[AP] Knowing that the products I’ve contributed to are delivering high-quality audio experiences worldwide is a source of real pride for me.
What are your personal hobbies?
[AP]
Biking Around South Bend – South Bend is an underrated gem for cyclists. With a growing network of bike paths and scenic routes, there’s always something new to explore. I love discovering hidden corners of the city while enjoying the ride.
Native Habitat Restoration – I’m passionate about environmental stewardship and volunteer with the Shirley Heinze Land Trust whenever I can. Through education and hands-on work, I help support the restoration and preservation of native habitats in Northern Indiana—one of the most biodiverse regions in North America.
Woodworking – I’ve recently started exploring woodworking and have found real joy in turning raw slabs of wood into something functional and beautiful.
In your opinion, what makes audio such a powerful or important part of the experience?
[AP] Good audio is such an underappreciated aspect of many experiences—I’m grateful and excited about playing a role in which audio helps create lasting memories.
What is LEA’s biggest differentiator?
[AP] Constant innovation—the team continuously implements new ideas and improvements to adapt to the changing market and support critical customer needs. Everyone exemplifies this mindset, and it’s refreshing to work in this environment every day.
