Conversation with Cullen Bradley:
What’s your current position at LEA?
[CB] Firmware Test Engineer
What is your background, and what brings you to LEA Pro?
[CB] I studied Computer Engineering at Purdue University and graduated in May. I joined LEA last summer as a firmware engineering intern and loved it, so I jumped at the opportunity to come back full-time.
What excited you most about working in audio technology?
[CB] I’m super excited to learn more about DSP, do some hands-on work, and learn more about how sound is processed.
What are your personal hobbies?
[CB] Outside of work, volleyball is my biggest passion. I love playing and watching the sport at a high level. Aside from that, I enjoy reading and playing video games with my friends.
In your opinion, what makes audio such a powerful or important part of the experience?
[CB] Good audio makes every other form of media much more immersive. Clear sound makes such a difference when listening to music or watching TV.
What is LEA’s biggest differentiator?
[CB] I believe what differentiates LEA from other competitors is attention to detail. Everyone puts time and attention into the little things, which just shows they care about creating a product that sounds and looks great.
