This provides an ideal control, monitoring, analytics, and data storage system for professional AV Integrators. Creating Your leaprofessional.cloud Account
Getting started with the LEA Professional Cloud is completely FREE and simple. Just visit leaprofessional.cloud, Click “Register Account”, and follow the on-screen guide. (Go ahead – give it a try right now!)
You can also follow along with our step-by-step QuickStart Guide which walks you through Account Registration, Setting up A Venue, and On-boarding Amplifiers.
Once you’ve created an account, venues, and on-boarded your amplifiers, you’ll begin to see the full scope of opportunities available with leaprofessional.cloud.
Remote Control/Monitoring
Remote control and monitoring is at the center of everything that makes our Cloud platform so awesome.
Once you onboard your CONNECTSERIES amplifiers to your Cloud account, you’ll be able to login and view the current status of your venues and amps from anywhere in the world. You just need an internet connection and any device of your choosing (PC, phone, tablet, etc.). And unlike other backdoor workarounds, you can accomplish this without using a VPN.
Not only can you view your amps and venues, you can also control them. Mute entire amps or amp channels, configure DSP, set levels, and more. Anything that you could do over a local area network while on location, can now be done from your own workshop. And with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) 256 bit SSL encryption, the entire experience is completely safe and secure.
You get all of the control and monitoring features and functionality of our local Web UI, without the need to be on the actual local network.
Enhanced Preventative Maintenance
It’s easier than ever to perform regular preventive checkups on your amps and systems. By logging into leaprofessional.cloud, you have full access to Event Reports, and Fault Reports.
The Events Report is where your amplifiers will automatically keep a record of any non-pressing activities that occur outside of the amplifier’s set configurations. This includes events such as load monitoring that is recorded outside of your limiter settings among others.
The Faults Report is where your amplifier will automatically keep a record of any thermal faults, or other channel faults.
As the amplifier tracks and records this data, you’ll always have access to these reports to look back on and determine potential fault patterns. This information could help you identify issues before they happen and implement solutions that will save you and the client costly repair expenses.
Simplified Troubleshooting
When it comes to troubleshooting, leaprofessional.cloud provides multiple benefits above and beyond the traditional on-site approach.
First, just like our local Web UI, the Cloud provides you with quick emoji status indicators. But unlike the Web UI, the Cloud’s “Venue” view shows the status of each of your venues. This will help you quickly see which venues are running smoothly and which ones might need some troubleshooting.
If you do identify a venue that has a distressed face emoji, you can then open that venue and see which amp or amps may be causing the issue. This saves the time of going on-site and testing each individual amp for issues. You’ll immediately be able to identify any amps that have issues.
Second, integrators have 24/7 access to the cloud which allows them to access any amplifier’s settings and tweak and test without disrupting their client’s business.
Reoccurring Revenue Streams
With remote control and monitoring providing FREE 24/7 access to the amplifier, integrators can add this to their current service contracts as a monthly charge.
