What’s your current position at LEA?
What drew you into your specific field of work?
[LG] Working at the Notre Dame Catalogue center and being a receptionist at a local assisted living facility is what started my customer service journey.
What is the most exciting thing about joining LEA?
What makes customer care so important?
[LG] Providing superior customer care is so important these days, and having had poor customer service experiences in the past has inspired me to treat others in a respectful and helpful way. I believe the best support comes from those who treat us as they’d like to be treated, so that is my goal with my position at LEA.
