❓FAQ #4 ▶ Why Can’t I Route Dante Signal From My Device to my Amplifier?❓

Chances are, your device may be set at a different sample rate than the CONNECTSERIES amplifier. CONNECTSERIES units ship with a default sample rate of 96kHz. Many other pro audio devices ship with a default sample rate of 48kHz. If these sample rates don’t match, you won’t be able to route your Dante signal.
