Introducing the CONNECT 1504 high-power IoT-enabled smart amp. This four-channel model drives 1,500 watts per channel (into 2, 4, and 8 ohms as well as 70Vrms and 100Vrms). This addition to the CONNECTSERIES amplifiers is available in NETWORK CONNECT and DANTE CONNECT versions, including both Dante and AES 67 connectivity options. With three different methods of network connection, users can connect using the amplifier’s built-in Wi-Fi Access Point, connecting to an existing Wi-Fi network, or using a Local Area Network Ethernet connection.
Then there’s the Cloud…The CONNECTSERIES is the first professional amplifier family to feature Cloud connectivity. You’ve probably heard the name and have probably seen the logo from time to time. After all, Dante is everywhere in the Pro AV industry. Dante is the number one audio transport to network hardware and systems together. This technology provides high-quality audio routing and monitoring. Since being developed in 2006, it has become an industry standard for networking systems. So, why would you want a Dante amplifier?
To begin with, let’s start by digging into what Dante actually is…
Definition:
Dante is a hardware and software solution that transports precisely timed digital audio between devices using standard IP Networking.
It is an audio networking solution created by the Australian company, Audinate. Its core purpose is to transport the highest quality audio possible between networked Dante-enabled hardware devices.

THE BENEFITS OF DANTE AMPLIFIERS
True digital signal end to end
The networked nature of Dante allows the audio system to run on standard networking hardware. Therefore, costs are reduced for the system integrator. Additionally, it provides low latency and noise immunity for the audio signals. Moreover, Dante is designed for sub 1ms latency. As a result, latency is a non-issue. In addition, noise immunity is provided by digital transport. ,This allows system installers to transport audio over long distances without worrying about noise pickup in the cables.
