Job Description:
LEA Professional is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives across paid, earned, shared and owned media channels, with a primary focus on content development and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in planning, executing and analyzing content marketing initiatives and paid advertising campaigns across key channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, proof and publish engaging content for blogs, newsletters, webpages, and social media—manage and schedule content across multiple platforms
- Assist in the planning, execution and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns, including paid advertising programs (Google PPC) and sponsored content (Facebook and LinkedIn)
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and SEO best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams, agency partners and customer stakeholders (dealers, distributors, and integrators) to meet project deadlines—primary deliverables include case studies, new partner announcements and product releases
- Support event and tradeshow planning, including asset development and post-event follow-up
- Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials such as brochures and presentations
- Keep partner marketing kit updated with the most current assets
- Support PIM requests for key commercial accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Brand and/or product marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Working knowledge of social media management software (Agorapulse), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), project management apps (Trello), and analytics platforms (Databox)
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM and content strategy
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express)
- B2B manufacturing or tech industry experience is a plus

Objective
The topline objective of the US Sales Manager is to meet company revenue targets through the activities of LEA’s network of independent sales representatives serving both the pro/commercial audio installation markets and custom home integration market.
Approach
The US Sales Manager should be proficient at achieving this objective through a mix of approaches.
- They are responsible motivating and advising their reps and distributors to improve their performance.
- They achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and creating a path to success.
- They ensure that the sales team works cross functionally with other departments. For example, they collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base, or with product teams to make sure customer needs are met.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related technology field.
- Minimum 5 years sales management experience in pro audio or similar technology field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing
- Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers
- CRM Experience – NetSuite experience a plus
- Proficient with MS Office and in particular strong Excel knowledge
- Ability to travel 50%
Day-to-day activities
Managing people
- Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for sales representatives.
- Organized meetings with reps (in person or over the phone) monthly to review performance, progress, and targets. Deliver deep performance reviews for each individual rep/distributor once per year.
- Coach individual sales representative’s one-on-one through phone work and prospecting help sessions to help them improve sales performance. Travel with reps and distributors to visit key customers and participate in sales calls.
- Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions with internal sales trainers.
- Unite the team: Ensure reps work as a positive unit and share their best practices.
- Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication, and deliver results effectively.
Managing customer needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans.
- Provide advanced negotiation expertise.
- Build deep relationships with key customers.
- Engage consultant community to secure LEA position on specifications.
Managing the business
- Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue for assigned territory.
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Track sales team metrics and share them with company leadership.
- Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
