What Has Been Your Experience With LEA and Working With Our Technologies?

[MS] From the moment we signed our contract—before the first product even shipped—we knew LEA was onto something special with their amplifier technology. It was clear they were doing things differently, and we had to be part of it. Seeing the brand grow and customers embrace it has been nothing short of incredible.

Can You Share a Success Story or Project Where LEA Products Made a Big Impact?

[MS] If you followed the media coverage surrounding the most recent Super Bowl, you likely saw the buzz about the luxury mega yacht owned by the Jacksonville Jaguars’ owner. Behind the scenes, the C&E Marketing team collaborated closely with AHT Marine to replace a competitor’s product and ensure LEA amplifiers were used throughout. The result? A stunning installation that exceeded expectations, leaving the customer thrilled.

How Do You Approach Recommending AV Solutions to Clients With Different Needs and Budgets?

[MS] We take a hands-on, consultative approach to sales—asking the right questions, analyzing project needs, and diving deep into the details. The more we understand the products and their applications, the better we can recommend the perfect solution for every project.

Is there anything unique about your approach to sales or client support that sets C&E apart?

[MS] We take a deeply involved approach to every brand we represent. Mastering the ins and outs of each product allows us to provide real value to our customers—because if we don’t know how to maximize performance, how can we expect them to? We pride ourselves on being Tier 1 support for our brands, ensuring that when customers reach out with a challenge, they get solutions, not a runaround.
