What’s your current position at LEA?

[SH] Quality Control Technician.

What is your background, and what brings you to LEA Pro?

[SH] My expertise lies in electronics manufacturing, particularly in quality control and rework. I was drawn to LEA because I have always had a passion for audio and thought LEA was a unique opportunity to combine work experience and personal interests.

What do you like about audio technology?

[SH] Audio technology is an ever-evolving industry and advancements in the technology provide more convenient solutions for relaxation, connection, learning, and multitasking.

What are your personal hobbies?

[SH] Enjoying the great outdoors—hiking, camping, spending time on the water, and embarking on road trips.

What makes audio or audio tech so important in your opinion?

[SH] In addition to the diverse ways we enjoy audio, there are numerous accessibility applications that support us in our daily routines—empowering those who rely on them to communicate effectively and navigate through life with greater ease.
