What’s your current position at LEA?

What is your background, and what brings you to lEA pro?

[BH] I’m from the Indianapolis area and I’ve been in Indiana my entire life. I go to Purdue University and currently studying Computer Engineering. I discovered LEA through Purdue at a career fair. LEA piqued my interest because I am  passionate about audio and I wanted to see if a smaller company would be a good fit.

What do you like about audio technology?

[BH] I really like listening to music and sound quality has always been important to me. I want to contribute to making  music sound amazing. 

What are your personal hobbies?

[BH] I like playing the piano, going to the gym, and playing chess on occasion. I also enjoy sitting down and listening to a record.

Do you have any personal “tech projects” that you have worked on in the past or are currently working on?

[BH] I had an audio related project I worked on where I had some leftover car audio parts and decided I wanted to combine them into a standalone speaker.

What makes audio or audio tech so important in your opinion?

[BH] I think audio is important because it brings music to life. No matter how good the artist is, I cannot fully enjoy the music unless I have some decent audio equipment. Having clear and even even sound makes the music that much better.
